What we collect

Only what you type into the report form: your name, email, optional phone number, the state you live in, the company you are reporting, your description of what happened, and what records you say you have. Nothing else, and no account is created.

What we refuse to collect

The report form rejects submissions that appear to contain a Social Security number or a full card or account number, rather than storing them. We do not ask for passwords or login credentials, and you should never provide them.

What we do with it

Reports are aggregated to identify recurring patterns and are reviewed by licensed counsel. Where a pattern is assembled into a documented case file, it may be shared with a law firm that litigates cases of that kind. We do not sell reports, and we do not share them for advertising.

How long we keep it

Reports are retained while the underlying pattern is being assessed and for the period any applicable legal or professional obligation requires. You can ask us to delete your report at any time before it forms part of a filed matter.

Your choices

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Residents of some states have additional statutory rights, which we honour regardless of where you live.
