Ga. R. Prof. Conduct 7.3(c) permits payment to a lawyer referral service meeting 7.3(c)(1) criteria. The State Bar's public guidance focuses on the nonprofit/bar-operated path under 7.3(c)(2), which additionally requires participating lawyers to carry 100k/300k malpractice insurance. Full text of the (c)(1) for-profit criteria was not independently confirmed.
