Privacy policy

This page describes what ClassActionLawsuit.ai collects when you submit a report, why we hold it, and how to ask us to delete it. Operator: AIVH, LLC.

What we collect

When you submit the report form we collect: your name, email address, an optional telephone number, your state of residence, the company you are reporting, when your relationship with that company began, a description of the charge or conduct, an estimate of your loss, your account of what happened, what records you say you can provide, and whether you are willing to be contacted about acting as a class representative.

We also record the time of submission and technical information about the request.

What we ask you not to send

Do not include Social Security numbers, full bank or card numbers, medical records, passwords, or privileged legal documents. The form rejects submissions that appear to contain these.

Why we hold it

To assess whether your report matches a pattern across other reports, to build a documented file, and — if you asked to be contacted — to allow a licensed attorney to reach you. We do not sell your information.

Who can see it

Access is restricted to the operator and to attorneys granted access to the specific matter your report relates to. An attorney who is not assigned to that matter cannot see it.

Retention and deletion

Reports are retained as part of the record of a matter. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact us through the contact page with the reference number shown when you submitted.

No attorney-client relationship

Submitting a report does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not make your submission privileged.

This policy is maintained by the operator and reviewed by counsel. If any description here does not match what the site actually does, the site is wrong and we want to know — tell us via the contact page.
