Each file is built against a catalog of required items covering identity, timeline, the conduct alleged, damages, records, adequacy and typicality, conflicts, and arbitration exposure. Every item carries a strength rating — unconfirmed, consumer-stated, attorney-confirmed, or document-backed — and every item has a minimum strength it must reach.
A file is not released until every required item is satisfied, a named attorney owns it, at least one document has been accepted into the file, and an attorney interview has been completed. If the file is not finished, the system returns the list of what is missing rather than releasing it.
Access and file production are priced at a fixed rate per file and per tier. Pricing is not contingent on recovery and is not a percentage of any fee. Enquiries via the contact page.
